WHAT IS SOUL COACHING®?Put simply, Soul Coaching® is a process that focusses on greater connection with Self by decluttering your inner and outer worlds of things that are no longer in service of what is valuable , meaningful or useful in your life. It creates a deeper relationship with who you are and gives you a way of noticing when things are out of balance. It is a beautiful way of ancient knowledge bringing wisdom to our contemporary world by providing us with a way to keep connected to the deep intuition within ourselves. The Vision Board system is unique to Soul Coaching® and is just one of the tools or programs of this transformative coaching system.
My own journey with the Soul Coaching® Vision Board has been such an incredible one. Things that have emerged on my boards have had a way of becoming real. It has helped me get in touch with my deep dreams and desires. It has also guided me towards more authentic choices and paths. I love this process and use it regularly to visit where I am at, where I am going, and if I am truly on path with my deep self. What is magic about it though, is that it bypasses all the head talk we can all get caught in and allows us to deeply connect with ourselves. |
I have connected with the beautiful people at CountyPlace in Kalorama. This stunning location is surrounded by the Olinda State Forest which is dense with Mountain Ash trees and lush ferns. The wildlife is abundant and provides a beautiful sound backdrop that compliments what the eye can see. This is a family owned retreat and conference centre that offers beautiful rooms within 60 year old gardens.
We will have home baked biscuits made available to us for morning and afternoon tea and a chef selected buffet lunch whilst we look out the window at the incredible gardens of camelias, maple trees, rhododendrons, chestnut trees and flowering natives. This is a picturesque location with incredible grounding energy to rejuvenate and reflect. My name is Cassie Schwind and I am an Authentic Living Coach. As a Trainer and Master Practitioner of Soul Coaching® I guide people into a deeper sense of who they are so that they can make choices in their life that are more in alignment with their authentic desires. What I am truly passionate about is showing people the sublimeness of self discovery.
I have spent the last 18 years working with people to find their deepest potential and truest self. I have travelled the world learning ancient wisdoms and contemporary knowledge. I love how these compliment each other and I bring both into the room with me. I have just returned from a 3 month sabbatical travelling within Australia and have many experiences and wisdoms from this incredible and life changing journey to share. New projects are coming and being birthed and as they do I am excited to share one of my very favourite activities with you for now. That is to bring people together in a shared and nurtured space to have some fun reconnecting to themselves through the unique processes of Soul Coaching®.
